When Will SSC MTS Result Be Out?

This is the question on every aspirant's mind right now. While SSC hasn't made an official announcement, unofficial sources point to 17th July as the likely date. The result will come out in merit list format, a PDF carrying the names and roll numbers of qualified candidates. Since MTS and Havaldar posts follow different selection processes after the CBT, their merit lists will also be released separately.

Steps To Download SSC MTS Result 2026

Step 1: Visit the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on the 'Result' section on the homepage.

Step 3: Open the MTS tab from the results menu.

Step 4: Click on 'SSC MTS & Havaldar Result 2026'.

Step 5: Download the result PDF to your device.

Step 6: Press Ctrl + F, enter your roll number or name, and save the PDF for future reference.

What's Next For Qualified Candidates?

Once the result is out, the journey isn't over yet. MTS candidates who clear the CBT will move directly to Document Verification, while Havaldar candidates face an additional round,  the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST), before their documents are verified. Individual scorecards will follow the result by a few days.

Candidates are advised to keep their educational certificates, category certificates, identity proof, and other essential documents ready well in advance to avoid last-minute hassle.
