World football icon, Lionel Messi, has returned to India after 14 years, and the excitement across the nation is unreal. He first visited India in 2011 at Kolkata's Salt Lake Stadium and made his comeback with the GOAT India Tour 2025 at the same venue. Argentina’s World Cup-winning captain kicked off his three-day visit in Kolkata, which started on December 13. Later, he headed to Hyderabad and is now in Mumbai. Messi is accompanied by Rodrigo De Paul and Luis Suarez. On Sunday, Kareena Kapoor Khan, along with her little Messi fanboys Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan, met football legend and pictures from the event are unmissable.

Dressed in an formal khaki co-ord set, Kareena exuded a boss lady vibe, while her sons showed off their love for football by wearing jerseys. The mother-sons trio were seen happily posing with Lionel Messi. Rodrigo De Paul and Luis Suarez were also seen in the frame.

Ahead of the cute meetup with the football legend, Kareena shared glimpses of her and her boys' excitement about meeting Messi on Instagram story.

Her elder son Taimur is a huge Messi fan, and he wore a customised jersey with Messi's name on it, while Jeh's jersy read ‘Argentina’.

The tour began in Kolkata on December 13. On the same day, he delighted fans with his presence in Hyderabad. On December 14, Messi travelled to Mumbai. He will conclude his tour in the North (Delhi) on December 15.
