Badshah Club Sealed: The famous Indian singer and rapper, Badshah, has faced a significant business setback after his popular nightclub in Chandigarh was officially sealed by local administrators. The premium venue, known as SAGO or Sago Spice Symphony, is located in the busy nightlife hub of Sector 26. Local enforcement officers carried out the closure following serious allegations regarding building violations and structural irregularities.
The enforcement wing of the Chandigarh administration took action as part of an ongoing crackdown on entertainment venues operating in the area. Sago Spice Symphony was launched in 2023 as part of a premium hospitality trio alongside two other venues named Seville and Sidera. While the nightclub quickly became a highly popular spot for local nightlife, recent official reviews found that the business had failed to comply with strict urban planning laws.
Rapper Badshah Faces Major Setback As His Famous Chandigarh Club Is Sealed
According to local administration reports, authorities had previously sent legal notices to the venue demanding an explanation for various structural irregularities. Because the business owners failed to address these concerns or follow the official directions, enforcement teams proceeded to lock and seal the premises.
While multiple clubs and bars in sectors 7 and 26 have received warnings recently, Badshah's establishment is the only one to be completely shut down during this specific drive. The local High Court has maintained a very strict stance on preserving the planned structure and heritage identity of Chandigarh, leading to tight checks on commercial properties.
This business closure adds to a highly eventful year for the musician. In March 2026, Badshah married Punjabi actress Isha Rikhi in a private ceremony, which became a viral topic online after intimate wedding photographs surfaced.

During the same month, the rapper faced intense legal scrutiny over his Haryanvi track Tateeree. Following an official complaint regarding the song's lyrics, the Haryana Police successfully removed 857 online links to the track. Badshah issued an apology to the National Commission for Women and promised a revised version of the song, alongside a pledge to sponsor the education of 50 underprivileged girls.
Additionally, his Chandigarh business venues faced a scary security situation when unidentified individuals threw crude explosives outside two of his clubs. Although the police subsequently arrested a suspect linked to gangster networks, the incident raised serious safety worries. Badshah has not yet issued a public statement regarding the sealing of his club.
