Jai Jai Ram Song Out: The makers of Ramayana: Part 1 have unveiled the first track, Jai Jai Ram, on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. The internet is all hearts for the soulful track, composed by AR Rahman and sung by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal.

Jai Jai Ram gave a glimpse into the spiritual and emotional universe of the Ramayana. Several moments from Lord Ram's life were included in the song.

Everything about his marriage to Sita and his reunion with Bharat was nothing short of grandeur. Other poignant moments from the Ramayana's first-ever track included Ram's concern for his father, King Dashrath. Additionally, it showed the celebration following Ram and Sita's marriage.

Jai Jai Ram song also featured glimpses of Lakshman, Queen Kausalya and others.

Jai Jai Ram's song opened to positive responses. Many dropped hearts and hand-folded emojis in the comment section. Others showed hope in the Ramayana movie after netizens called the song 'soulful'.

A fresh poster featuring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama and Sai Pallavi as Sita was also released by the makers. The background music felt calm and soothing in the motion poster.

They were sitting together by the water on a rock covered with moss. Sita grinned as Ram, dressed in traditional garb, put a pink flower in her hair.

"Celebrating the timeless bond of Siya Ram," read the caption alongside the poster.

Ranbir Kapoor plays Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi plays Goddess Sita, Yash plays Ravan, Sunny Deol plays Lord Hanuman, and Ravie Dubey plays Lakshman in the Nitesh Tiwari-directed Ramayana.

The movie is reportedly mounted on a massive budget of ₹4000 crore. 

In collaboration with DNEG and Yash's Monster Mind Creations, Namit Malhotra's Prime Focus Studios is producing the magnum opus. Sony Pictures is in charge of its worldwide distribution outside India.
