Christopher Nolan's latest directorial venture, The Odyssey, is enjoying a successful run at the Indian box office since its release on July 17, 2026. The mythological action epic has completed its first week in theatres with impressive collections and a steady hold during the weekdays. Backed by positive word of mouth and strong audience interest, the film has emerged as one of the biggest Hollywood releases in India this year.
The Odyssey Box Office Day 7 In India And Overseas
As per Sacnilk report, the film earned an estimated Rs 6.15 crore net in India on its seventh day across 11,111 shows. This was only a small drop from Day 6, when it collected Rs 6.50 crore, showing that the film has remained stable even during the working week.
The English version continued to lead the collections with around Rs 5 crore, while the Hindi, Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions together contributed about Rs 1.15 crore.
According to Deaine, globally, The Odyssey has earned $263.7 million (Rs 2,546.55 Crore) worldwide in its initial weekend launch.
First Week Collection And Box Office Milestone
After seven days in theatres, The Odyssey has collected an estimated Rs 90.30 crore net in India. Its domestic gross collection has now reached Rs 107.72 crore, helping the film cross the Rs 100 crore milestone.

The Odyssey Enters Top 15 Highest- Grossed Hollywood Films In India
The strong performance has also placed The Odyssey among the top 15 highest-grossing Hollywood films ever released in India. Trade analysts are now watching to see whether it can beat Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer, which earned Rs 128.46 crore during its lifetime run in the country.
The highest Hollywood grossers in India is Avatar: The Way of Water (2022) with Rs 390.6 crore, followed by second highest grossed film Avengers: Endgame (2019) with Rs 373.22 crore and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) with Rs 227.43. Spider- Man comes in 4th place with reported Rs 212 crore in India.
