The English version of Yash's Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is all set for its release in India. The movie will release in theatres on September 4, 2026. This English edition features a shorter runtime compared to the original cut.
On Thursday, makers announced the movie's English release date and wrote, "Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, in English - one of the languages the film was written and shot in. A shorter cut from the Indian language version. In cinemas from September 4, 2026."
The CBFC certified the Kannada version of Toxic on August 13 with a runtime of 194.12 minutes (3 hours 14 minutes), while the English cut received an 'A' certification on September 1 at a shorter 176.52 minutes (2 hours 56 minutes).

Although the English version premiered globally alongside the Kannada release, its Indian theatrical release was delayed for unknown reasons. Advance bookings for the English cut are now open in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
