Ikkis OTT Release: After a long wait, Agastya Nanda and late actor Dharmendra's war drama, Ikkis, is approaching its theatrical release. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the film is scheduled to hit theatres on December 25, coinciding with Christmas. The story is inspired by the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, the young recipient of the Param Vir Chakra award. Amid the buzz surrounding its theatrical release, the film's OTT debut has already begun generating even more anticipation.

Where To Watch Agastya And Dharmendra's Ikkis Online?

The makers are dropping intense posters of the lead cast on social media. Along with the captivating expressions of Agastya Nanda and other cast, which set the tone for a battlefield story of one of India's courageous sons, the streaming platform has also caught attention. After its theatrical run, the film will stream on the OTT giant Amazon Prime Video, as indicated in the recently released official posters of Ikkis.

This will be the final film of legendary actor Dharmendra, who passed away on November 24, 2025. However, the official confirmation about Ikkis OTT release date is yet to be made by the makers.

Ikkis Cast And Crew Members

Agastya plays the role of real-life war hero, Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, who sacrificed his life at the age of 21 during the 1971 Indo-Pak war at the Battle of Basantar. He became the youngest recipient of the Param Vir Chakra, India's highest military decoration. Late actor Dharmendra plays his father, M.L. Khetarpal. The film also stars Jaideep Ahlawat, Ekavali Khanna,  Aadyanshi Kapoor, Simar Bhatia, Shree Bishnoi, Sikandar Kher, and Akashh Alonia in pivotal roles.

The movie will also explore Arun Khetarpal's love story amid the tensions of the Indo-Pak war, as showcased in the trailer. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, Ikkis is produced by Maddock Films under the banner of Dinesh Vijan.

Agastya shared insights about his on-screen character in the film Ikkis. On Tuesday, the makers released a behind-the-scenes video in which he said, “Arun Khetrapal, once I heard about it, I felt extremely grateful to have the opportunity to play such a famous character in the Indian Army.”
