A truck belonging to a Delhi-based transport company, carrying dry fruits worth over Rs 1 crore from Mumbai's Nhava Sheva Port, has suddenly gone missing in the Bilaspur police station area of Gurugram. The truck driver is currently unreachable as his mobile phone is switched off.
Owner Files Complaint
The owner of the transport company has registered a case of theft at the Bilaspur police station. In his complaint, he has expressed strong suspicion against the truck driver regarding the disappearance of the vehicle and the cargo.
Details Of The Cargo
Praveen Sethi, a resident of Sanjay Transport Nagar, Delhi, stated in his police complaint that he runs a private transport business. The truck in question departed from Mumbai's Nhava Sheva Port on January 14, bound for their warehouse in Kundli. The vehicle was loaded with 900 bags of almonds and 65 bags of cloves. According to Sethi, the value of the almonds is approximately Rs 1,02,75,560, while the cloves are worth around Rs 23 lakh.

Driver And GPS Tracking
The driver has been identified as Rizwan, a resident of Sevka village in Nuh district. Sethi reported that the truck's GPS signal was lost at 12:00 pm on January 17. The last known location was traced near Basant Dhaba in Bilaspur on the Jaipur-Delhi Highway. When attempts were made to contact the driver, his phone was found to be switched off. The police have launched an investigation into the matter.
