Ahmedabad Metro Timing: The Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation is preparing for a surge in passengers this weekend due to the much-anticipated Coldplay concerts at Motera Stadium. To accommodate concert-goers, the metro service will run until 12:30 AM on both Saturday and Sunday.

Trains will operate every eight minutes, with entry permitted only from the Motera Stadium station during these extended hours. A metro official stated, "We expect a significant rise in ridership during and after the concerts, so we are extending service hours on the Motera-APMC and Thaltej Gam-Vastral routes." However, the Gandhinagar line will maintain its regular schedule.

To facilitate a smoother entry and reduce wait times, metro authorities have introduced a new paper ticketing system. These return tickets will help concert-goers avoid long queues on their way back. Approximately ten ticket counters will be set up at the Motera Stadium station for easy access.

For those who prefer a digital option, the metro app remains available, with over 50,000 passengers already using it for a seamless ticketing experience. "We will also increase the frequency of trains departing from the Motera Stadium station to ensure efficient transport for all concert attendees," the official assured.
