Chennai Power Cut Tuesday: The Tamil Nadu Electricity Generating and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) has announced a shutdown in multiple areas in Chennai on Tuesday, December 30, in view of maintenance work.

The power cuts will take place from 9 am to 2 pm. Power supply will be restored if maintenance works are completed ahead of schedule.

Which Areas Will be Affected By Chennai Power Cut?

Power Cut In Kovoor: Several neighbourhoods under the Kovoor area of Chennai will face inconvenience due to the outage. These localities are-

- Mookambika Nagar

- Sivasakthi Nagar

- Thangam Avenue

- Mahatma Gandhi Nagar

- Srinivasa Nagar

Bengaluru Power Cut Today

The Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) has announced that several regions of Bengaluru will witness power cuts on Sunday due to maintenance work.

The areas surrounding BESCOM's 66/11 KV Byadarahalli and 66/11 KV Srigandhakal stations are under a power supply outage till 5 pm. The power cut in several areas of Bengaluru began at 10 am today.
