If you are planning to buy a flat in Delhi-NCR, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched a new housing scheme under the Community Service Personnel (CSP) Housing Scheme, aimed at providing affordable housing for essential workers and members of the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).

Under Round 2 of the CSP Housing Scheme, the DDA has offered 39 EWS flats in a premium residential complex at Sector 19B, Dwarka. These flats are intended to serve as accommodation for domestic staff and other service personnel, similar to service staff quarters.

Who can apply?

Only those who have already purchased HIG, Super HIG, or Penthouse flats in the same residential complex are eligible to apply. Additionally, applicants who have previously been allotted a flat under the CSP Housing Scheme are not eligible.

Only the legal owners of HIG, Super HIG, and Penthouse flats in Golf View Condo, Sector 19B, Dwarka, can participate in the scheme.

The Community Service Personnel (CSP) units have been developed alongside high-income apartments to enable residents to provide accommodation for their domestic helpers, drivers, security staff, or other community service personnel.

Since only 39 EWS flats are available, the DDA has restricted the allotment process exclusively to eligible residents of the society.

When will registration begin?

- The registration process will commence on July 15 at 11:00 am and will remain open until August 12 at 6:00 pm.

- The e-auction is scheduled to be held on August 21, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

What is the price of the flats?

Interested applicants must register on the DDA's e-auction portal and pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable processing fee of Rs 2,500 for each flat they wish to bid for at https://dda.etender.sbi/SBI/. Those applying for multiple flats must pay the processing fee separately for each unit.

The reserve price of each flat has been fixed at Rs 31.28 lakh. All 39 flats are located in M Tower. Although applicants may bid for multiple flats, only one flat will be allotted to each successful applicant.
