State Bureau, New Delhi: 39 EWS flats have been launched by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in a premium apartment building in Sector 19B, Dwarka, under Round 2 of the Community Service Personnel (CSP) Housing Scheme. These flats can be rented in the same manner as service staff quarters.
Who Can Apply For A Flat?
Only those who have already purchased HIG, Super HIG, and Penthouse flats in this apartment will be eligible to apply. Furthermore, only applicants who have not previously purchased a flat under the CSP will be eligible to apply.
When Will The Registration Take Place?
The registration process for these flats will begin on July 15 at 11:00 AM. The deadline is August 12 at 6:00 PM. The e-auction will take place on August 21 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Price Of Flats
The reserve price for these flats is Rs 31.28 lakh. All of these flats are located in M Tower. Each applicant will receive only one flat, although they can apply for multiple flats.
These flats require a maintenance corpus fund of Rs 75,000 and a monthly maintenance charge of Rs 1.50 per square foot for one year. The DDA has recently launched the allotment of such service staff quarters in this premium apartment in Dwarka
For some time now, some people have been questioning the separate entry for these servant quarters. The service staff quarters have a separate entry and are separated from the common amenities of the main apartment by railings.
In another update, the Delhi Development Authority had also launched the DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026. This housing scheme offered residential flats at a flat 25 per cent discount. The DDA had extended the booking period for the scheme till June 30, 2026.
The DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 followed a First Come, First Serve (FCFS) allotment system. Interested buyers had register and secure their preferred flat, as allocations are made in the order in which bookings are confirmed.
These flats are not allotted through a lottery or draw system. Instead, eligible applicants are assigned units based on the time of booking, making the process more transparent and time-sensitive. Early applicants have a higher chance of securing their preferred unit.
