DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana: In a major relief to homebuyers, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the booking deadline for its popular 'Karmayogi Awaas Yojana' to June 30.

The scheme, developed in Pockets 6, 9, and 13 and Sectors A1 and A4 of Narela, offers a substantial 25 per cent discount on flat prices for government employees and pensioners. These allocations are based on a first-come, first-served basis.

DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana: Flat Sizes And Prices

The DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana offers a range of flats across three primary configurations to suit different budget requirements:

- 1-BHK Apartments: A total of 424 flats measuring 61.27 sq. meters, with prices starting at Rs 33.63 lakh.

- 2-BHK Apartments: A total of 776 flats measuring 126 sq. meters, with prices starting at Rs 75.55 lakh.

- 3-BHK Apartments: A total of 352 flats measuring 164.54 sq. meters, with prices starting at Rs 106.79 lakh.

- Visit the official DDA portal at https://eservices.dda.org.in.

- Click on the 'Karmayogi Housing Scheme' link on the homepage.

DDA Towerring Heights Scheme

The DDA has also extended the booking deadline for its 'DDA Towering Heights' scheme in East Delhi's Karkardooma. Interested buyers can secure a flat under this scheme until June 30.
