If you are planning to buy an affordable home in Delhi NCR, the Delhi Development Authority has launched the DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026. This housing scheme offers residential flats at a flat 25 per cent discount. The DDA has extended the booking period for the scheme till June 30, 2026.

The DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 follows a First Come, First Serve (FCFS) allotment system. Interested buyers must register and secure their preferred flat, as allocations are made in the order in which bookings are confirmed.

These flats are not allotted through a lottery or draw system. Instead, eligible applicants are assigned units based on the time of booking, making the process more transparent and time-sensitive. Early applicants have a higher chance of securing their preferred unit.

DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026: Check Location Of Flats

A total of 1,712 flats are available under the scheme in Narela and Siraspur across different income categories. This includes 298 High Income Group (HIG) flats, 459 Middle Income Group (MIG) flats, 481 Low Income Group (LIG) flats, and 63 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) flats in Narela, along with 411 LIG flats in Siraspur.

For middle-income buyers, MIG flats after the 25 per cent discount, prices could range from approximately Rs 66 lakh to Rs 83 lakh.

The scheme also includes affordable options for lower-income groups. LIG flats in Narela are priced at around Rs 15 lakh, while LIG flats in Siraspur cost between Rs 11.5 lakh and Rs 11.7 lakh. EWS flats are available for under Rs 10 lakh, making them among the most budget-friendly housing options in Delhi.

DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026: Know Booking Amount

Registrations are available through the DDA’s Awaas Portal. Applicants must pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,500.

Booking amounts are as follows:

  • Rs 10 lakh for HIG flats
  • Rs 4 lakh for MIG flats
  • Rs 1 lakh for LIG flats
  • Rs 50,000 for EWS flats

DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026: How to book a flat

  • Visit the official DDA E-Services Portal
  • Click on “DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojna 2026” and select “New Registration".
  • Enter PAN card, Aadhaar number, mobile number, and email ID
  • Verify OTPs sent to your registered mobile number and email
  • Create your unique user ID and password
  • Now log in again using your credentials.
  • Browse the live pocket layout map and select location (Narela or Siraspur) and category (EWS, LIG, MIG, or HIG)
  • Choose an available flat shown in green to temporarily lock it.
  • Pay the required booking amount online via net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI.
  • Upload scanned copies of required documents
  • Submit the application and download the acknowledgement slip and demand letter
