DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the registration deadline for flats under the DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 by one month. Under this housing scheme, residential flats are being offered at a flat 25% discount for applicants across different income groups. The booking period has now been extended until July 31, 2026.
The DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 follows a First Come, First Serve (FCFS) allotment system. Interested buyers must register and book their preferred flat, as allotments are made in the order in which bookings are confirmed.

Unlike many other housing schemes, flats under this scheme are not allotted through a lottery or draw. Instead, eligible applicants are allocated units based on the time of booking, making the process more transparent and time-sensitive. As a result, applicants who register early have a better chance of securing their preferred unit.
What is the DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026?
The DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 is aimed at applicants from the High-Income Group (HIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), Low-Income Group (LIG), and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), offering them an opportunity to purchase homes at affordable prices.
The scheme was launched on January 23, 2026, with the objective of providing affordable housing in Narela and Siraspur. A total of 3,245 flats are available in Narela, including 1,944 flats that were added in March. In addition, 411 LIG flats are available in Siraspur. Interested applicants can register through the DDA Housing Portal.
LIG flats in Narela are priced at around Rs 15 lakh, while LIG flats in Siraspur are priced between Rs 11.5 lakh and Rs 11.7 lakh. EWS flats are available for less than Rs 10 lakh, making them among the most affordable housing options in Delhi.
DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026: Know Registration, Booking Amount
Applicants are required to pay the following registration amounts based on their category:
- High-Income Group (HIG): Rs 10,00,000
- Middle-Income Group (MIG): Rs 4,00,000
- Low-Income Group (LIG): Rs 1,00,000
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS): Rs 50,000
In addition, all applicants must pay a one-time registration fee of Rs 2,500 on the DDA Housing Portal.
DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026: How to book a flat
- Visit the official DDA E-Services Portal
- Click on “DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojna 2026” and select “New Registration".
- Enter PAN card, Aadhaar number, mobile number, and email ID
- Verify OTPs sent to your registered mobile number and email
- Create your unique user ID and password
- Now log in again using your credentials.
- Browse the live pocket layout map and select location (Narela or Siraspur) and category (EWS, LIG, MIG, or HIG)
- Choose an available flat shown in green to temporarily lock it.
- Pay the required booking amount online via net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents
- Submit the application and download the acknowledgement slip and demand letter
