Ghaziabad Fire: A fire broke out in the projector room of the cinema hall at Pacific Mall. Upon receiving the information, half a dozen fire tenders rushed to the scene and began operations to contain and extinguish the flames.
According to the news agency PTI, the incident took place at Pacific Mall, situated on the Kaushambi-Anand Vihar border within the jurisdiction of the Link Road Police Station.

Another Fire At Ghaziabad's Paint Factory
In a separate incident on Wednesday, a massive fire broke out at the paint factory in Ghaziabad's Kavi Nagar, triggering panic across the surrounding industrial Area.
According to a report by India TV, the fire broke out at the Mega Paint factory located in the Vivekanand Industrial Area. Employees inside the factory rushed to safety as the flames rapidly engulfed a large section of the facility.
The fire department officials received an alert at 4:03 PM, following which 12 fire tenders from local stations, including Kavi Nagar, Sahibabad, Hapur, and Noida, were rushed to the spot. Firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control after an hour of efforts.
During the firefighting operation, chemical drums stored in the factory exploded, creating panic among workers and residents in the area. Chief Fire Officer Rahul Pal confirmed that prompt intervention averted a larger disaster.
While no casualties or injuries were reported in the incident, goods and machinery inside the factory suffered damage.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took cognisance of the incident and directed officials to rush to the spot to expedite relief efforts. Officials have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the fire.
