Four men, including the Congress Block president in Rajgarh, were caught under suspicious circumstances with three women during a police raid at a hotel in Bhopal’s Guna district on Saturday. Police arrested all seven people at the scene. The arrested individuals include the Rajgarh Block Congress President, identified as Rahul Dangi.
According to the police, police received a tip around 3 pm on Saturday afternoon that four young men and three young women were present at Hotel Raj Palace in Binaganj. Following the information, a police team, under the direction of Station House Officer Dilip Rajouria, immediately arrived at the hotel and conducted an investigation.

During the police raid at Hotel Raj Palace, four men, including Rajgarh Block Congress President Rahul Dangi, and three women were arrested. The other men detained were hotel manager Harshvardhan, Inder Singh, and Umakant. Meanwhile, hotel operator Gajraj Meena reportedly fled the scene.
What did the police say?
SHO Dilip Rajouria confirmed that the three women were adults. In the absence of a formal complaint, police took preventive action under Section 151; the women were presented before the Tehsil Court and subsequently released on bail.
During the investigation, police also found alleged negligence in the hotel's arrangements. According to police, hotel manager Harshvardhan Rajput did not obtain identification documents from the couples staying there. Police have also named the manager as an accused in the case. The role of hotel operator Gajraj Singh Meena is being investigated, and police are searching for him. Police have also seized footage from the hotel's CCTV cameras to investigate the entire incident.
