Jagran Correspondent, Nashik: In a fresh twist in the TCS Nashik conversion case, several new allegations have emerged following the filing of a charge sheet in the alleged sexual harassment and forced religious conversion case linked to the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) office in Nashik.
The charge sheet, presented in a Nashik court, alleges that the entire sequence of events was executed as part of a pre-planned conspiracy. According to a statement by one of the victims, she was repeatedly shown specific religious videos, including those featuring Islamic preachers Tariq Jamil and Zakir Naik. The allegations suggest these videos and accompanying discussions were used to exert religious influence over the victims.
One victim further alleged that she was explicitly told to "stop listening to bhajans" and "stop visiting temples," alongside assurances that "Allah will forgive all sins."
In April, nine female employees working at the Nashik-based TCS office lodged a complaint with the police. The complaint alleged that certain colleagues subjected them to sexual harassment and exerted religious pressure in an attempt to force their conversion.
To date, eight accused individuals have been arrested in connection with this case.

The charge sheet has been formally submitted to the court. The matter is currently under judicial consideration.
