Jagran Correspondent, Lucknow: Commuters in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow should prepare for significant route diversions starting Monday at 10:00 AM due to the 10-day Ganeshotsav celebrations. Traffic DCP Raveena Tyagi stated that these arrangements will remain in place until the festival concludes. Roadways And City Bus Diversions

  • Roadways buses heading towards Kaiserbagh from Ayodhya will be diverted at Kamta Tiraha toward Gomtinagar. From there, they will be allowed to go to and from the Kaiserbagh Bus Stand via Samtamoolak Chowraha, Gandhi Setu (1090) Chowraha, PNT Balu Adda, Sankalp Vatika Tiraha, Chiraiyajheel Tiraha, behind Clark Awadh Tiraha, and CDRI.
  • Buses coming from Sitapur Road to Kaiserbagh will go via Madiyanv, Purnia/Daliganj Railway Crossing, Pakka Pul, Shahmina, Daliganj Pul, and CDRI. Return trips will run via Balrampur Dhal and Shaheed Smarak.
  • Buses heading toward Kaiserbagh from the Hardoi route will avoid Balaganj and Koneshwar Ghantaghar Tiraha. Instead, they will turn right at Chandoiya Tiraha and proceed via Power House Square, Rani Avanti Bai Lodhi Square, IIM Square, and Bhithauli Square.
  • Buses originating from Sitapur and Hardoi will not be allowed to proceed toward Kudiyaghat and must divert via Daliganj Pul Chowraha, Daliganj Ekka Tonga Chowraha, and IT Chowraha.

General Traffic Restrictions

  • Vehicles coming from Chowk or Daliganj Bridge will not be able to go directly from Clark Awadh Tiraha via Subhash Chowraha. They must proceed from Clark Awadh Tiraha via Chiraiyajheel.
  • Vehicles coming from Kaiserbagh, CDRI, or Clark Awadh Tiraha toward Subhash Chowraha will be restricted, with vehicles diverted from Clark Awadh Tiraha toward Chiraiyajheel Tiraha via Krishna Medical Centre.
  • Commuters heading from Hazratganj Square and Parivartan Chowk to IT Square cannot pass through Subhash Square and Hanuman Setu. They will be redirected through Maqbara Road, Telephone Exchange, CDRI, or Chiraiyajheel.
  • Traffic coming from Daliganj Bridge Ekka Tonga Stand Square will not be permitted toward Nadwa College via Gomti River Bandha (Jhulelal Park). Vehicles can reach IT Square by crossing the Gomti River Bridge or taking the route past Umrao Singh Dharamshala.
  • Vehicles at Hanuman Setu Mandir Square cannot enter Nadwa Bandha Road and must proceed via IT Square.
  • Commuters from Nirala Nagar heading toward Subhash Chowraha cannot take University Road from IT Chowraha. Drivers can turn left or right at IT Chowraha to travel via Samthar Petrol Pump and Nishatganj or Daliganj Bridge.
  • Vehicles from Telephone Exchange Square will not be allowed to move toward Parivartan Chowk via Maqbara Road. Traffic must go through Kaiserbagh Bus Stand or CDRI Tiraha/Clark Awadh.
