Jagran Correspondent, Noida: A fire broke out at around 5:15 pm on Sunday evening in a three-storey electrical equipment and wire manufacturing factory in Noida’s Sector 9, causing panic in the area. Upon receiving information about the incident, local fire brigade teams rushed to the spot and began firefighting operations.
The fire broke out on the third floor of the factory, where electronics and chemicals were stored. It quickly engulfed the entire floor, and thick smoke billowed into the sky, visible from several kilometres away.
The incident took place at Shiva Electricals, a factory located in Noida’s Sector 9 B Block, around 5:15 pm on Sunday evening. Upon learning of the fire, panic gripped the company’s employees and nearby residents. Five fire brigade vehicles arrived at the scene immediately, and the crews quickly took charge and began efforts to control the blaze.
The fire was spreading rapidly due to the electronic equipment and other flammable materials stored inside the building. Firefighters sprayed water from multiple directions to prevent it from spreading to neighbouring areas and attempted to bring it under control before it could reach adjacent buildings.

Fortunately, no casualties or injuries were reported in the incident.
