Kerala: A college student from Malappuram, Kerala, narrowly avoided a fatal accident on Sunday. The incident, captured on CCTV, quickly gained attention online.

While riding his bike on a busy road, the student unexpectedly lost control and fell onto the carriageway.

CCTV footage shows the two-wheeler slipping slightly before the rider crashes to the ground, landing directly in the path of an oncoming bus.

Within moments, the situation became extremely dangerous as the bus, travelling close behind, neared the fallen student. Thankfully, the bus driver’s quick reactions allowed him to stop just in time, halting mere inches from the student and preventing what could have been a tragic collision.

Bystanders who saw the accident rushed to the scene and helped the student to safety. He sustained only minor injuries and received immediate medical treatment. Authorities confirmed that no other people were harmed.

The exact cause of the student's loss of control remains unknown.
