YEIDA plot scheme 2025: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has unveiled a new opportunity for individuals and businesses to establish industries and build homes near Noida Airport. The latest plot scheme focuses on industrial development, offering a total of 55 plots across Sectors 29, 32 and 33.
This initiative promotes environmentally friendly units, with plans for a dedicated park for toys, apparel and furniture manufacturing. Interested applicants can submit their applications until May 29. The industrial plot scheme includes 50 plots of up to 8,000 square metres and five larger plots, with the highest premium for the largest plot set at Rs 22.91 crore.
The available plots cater to various industries, including apparel, toys, handicrafts and furniture production. Additionally, the scheme supports general industrial use, allowing for a wide range of enterprises from pulse mills to manufacturing X-ray machines and telecommunications equipment. Allotments for plots up to 8,000 square metres will be conducted via e-auction, scheduled for July.
In separate news, YEIDA has announced a budget of Rs 13 crore for various civic works in both rural and urban areas. This funding aims to address residents requests for improved infrastructure, including roads, parks and drainage systems. Arunveer Singh, CEO of YEIDA, stated that this budget will focus on completing outstanding development projects, particularly in Sector 18, where drainage issues are prevalent.
Additionally, a tender for Rs 2.68 crore has been issued to enhance internal development in Shahpur village, including essential facilities such as electricity, water, roads and sewage systems. Work will also be carried out on the boundary wall along the 45-metre road in Sector 20, with an allocated cost of Rs 34 lakh.
