YEIDA Plot Scheme: Yamuna Authority on Monday launched plot schemes in various categories including industry. For these schemes, plots will be allotted through auction. The authority is soon going to launch a plot scheme in the institutional category as well. In this, plots will be allotted for nursery, intermediate to university and social institutions, jagran.com reported.
The plot schemes of Yamuna Authority were not being launched for a long time due to the banks. The banks were reluctant to advertise the schemes. YEIDA CEO Dr Arunvir Singh had warned the banks to close the accounts if they did not cooperate in launching the scheme.
First Plot Scheme Of This Financial Year
This is the first scheme for the industry category in the current financial year. Under this, 50 plots of up to 8000 sqm will be allotted. There are two plots in Tie Park, 10 in Apparel Park, 05 in Handicraft Park and 33 in MSME. These will be allotted through auction. Five plots will be allotted in the category of plots larger than 8000 sqm.
In this, two plots are in tie park, one in apparel and two in MSME category. Their allotment will be done through an interview. YIDA CEO Dr Arunvir Singh said that apart from industry, seven plots will be allotted for the hotel industry, two in sector 20 for fuel stations, six in the commercial category and five shops will also be allotted.
Plot Scheme Will Come Under Institutional Category
YEIDA will soon launch a plot scheme for nursery school, intermediate college, university, hospital, social institutions as well as for group housing. Institutional category plots are being marked in the sector for the scheme.
