Motorola Razr 2026 is officially on the horizon, with Motorola teasing its next clamshell-style foldable ahead of launch. The device is expected to debut in the US soon, and could arrive in global markets as the Motorola Razr 70.

Design And Colours Revealed

Motorola’s teaser gives a clear early look at the design, and it doesn’t stray too far from its predecessor, the Motorola Razr 2025. The upcoming foldable is shown in three colour options, brown, green, and purple, although official marketing names are yet to be confirmed.

 

The design highlights a large cover display that wraps around a dual-camera setup on the outer panel. An LED flash sits alongside the cameras, all neatly integrated into the top flap. The lower half of the phone appears to feature a textured finish, paired with a metal frame for a more premium feel.

Build And Hardware Details

From what’s visible, the right side houses the power button and volume controls, while the left side looks minimal. Motorola branding sits at the centre of the rear panel, with Razr branding at the bottom. The device also includes a USB Type-C port and speaker grille at the base.

Launch Timeline Still Unclear

Motorola’s teaser points to April 29, but it remains uncertain whether this will be the full launch or just a detailed reveal. Reports suggest the actual North American launch could take place on May 21, indicating a staggered rollout strategy.

Expected Specifications

On the hardware side, the Motorola Razr 2026 is expected to feature a 6.9-inch AMOLED foldable display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate. It could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7450X chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.

In terms of cameras, the foldable may include a dual 50-megapixel rear setup and a 32-megapixel front camera housed on the inner display.
