Bijnor Dog Health Updates: The dog that gained popularity after it was spotted circling the idol of Lord Hanuman for a week at the Nandlal Devta temple in Nandpur village, Nagina area, in the Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh, is out of danger now and has been currently receiving treatment at the Shivalaya Animal Shelter in Noida, under the guidance of veterinarians from a Delhi hospital.
On Thursday, it was taken to Max Pet Z Hospital in Delhi, where several tests were conducted. The reports are expected on Friday. Meanwhile, villagers are praying for its recovery.
When The Dog Will Return To Bijnor?
According to the authorities, the dog will return to Bijnor based on the doctors' advice. Dr Ashwani Chitransh of Prempath Animal Shelter, an NGO in Bijnor, said that based on the advice of the doctors at Max, some tests, including platelet and haemoglobin counts, were conducted again. On Friday, it was brought back from Max to the Shivalaya Animal Shelter in Noida. The dog will be released back to Nandpur village only after receiving permission from the Delhi veterinarians.
No Brain Surgery Performed
Dr Chitransh clarified that a few days ago, a rumour spread on social media that the dog had undergone brain surgery, but this is not true. Its condition is better now compared to when it was brought from Bijnor to Delhi.

The canine is being given complete care at the Shivalaya Animal Shelter. It will be taken back to Bijnor only after the doctors declare it completely healthy. He appealed to people not to pay attention to any kind of rumours spread on social media.
