Dense fog caused a collision involving ten vehicles near the Pahawati checkpost, under the jurisdiction of the Arnia police station, on the Ghaziabad-Aligarh Highway on Saturday morning. Eight people traveling in different vehicles were injured in the incident. The police transported all the injured to the hospital, from where four critically injured individuals were referred to Aligarh Medical College. Meanwhile, the police used a crane to remove the vehicles from the road and restore the flow of traffic.

Arnia Station House Officer (SHO) Ritesh Kumar stated that information regarding the accident was received at 9:00 AM on Saturday. Approximately ten vehicles collided on the lane leading from Bulandshahr towards Aligarh. The vehicles involved included a truck, two pickup trucks, and several cars; among them, a Bolero was severely damaged. Vehicles that sustained only minor damage left the scene shortly after the crash.
