Registration for the 637 plots in the Anant Nagar Residential Scheme will now be open until January 16. LDA Vice-Chairman Prathmesh Kumar has extended the registration period by four days in response to public demand. The application process is entirely online and the plots will be allocated via a lottery.
Key Features Of The Anant Nagar Scheme
LDA Vice-Chairman Prathmesh Kumar stated that the Anant Nagar scheme, located on Mohan Road, is being developed over an area of 785 acres. It will feature wide roads and underground cables for an uninterrupted power supply. A large part of the scheme will be developed as an Edutech City. Additionally, parks and green spaces will be developed on 130 acres of land, making the scheme an environmentally friendly, green area.
Registration Status And Plot Availability
In the first two phases of the Anant Nagar scheme, 666 plots have already been allocated through a lottery, in which more than 22,000 people participated. This time, online registration for 617 plots in Akash Khand and 20 plots in Adarsh Khand was open between December 20 and January 12. So far, 5,790 people have registered. Registration will now be possible until January 16.
Details Of Plots In Third Phase
In the third phase of the scheme, registration is open for 637 plots. This includes:
- 41 plots of 450 square metres
- 224 plots of 288 square metres
- 225 plots of 200 square metres
- 90 plots of 162 square metres
- 57 plots of 112.5 square metres
How To Register For LDA Plots
To apply, individuals must log in to the LDA website at https://registration.ldalucknow.in/#/login and purchase the registration booklet. Following this, they will need to register by depositing a registration fee equivalent to five per cent of the plot's estimated value. The plots will be allocated among the successfully registered applicants via a lottery.
