Electrical repair work is scheduled at the 132 KV Awas Vikas Transmission Substation on Saturday from 8 am to 10 am. While the supply from this substation will be suspended, the 33 KV substations it normally feeds—namely Hariharpur, Arjunganj, and Puranpur—will receive their power supply from the Mohanlalganj Transmission Substation during this period.
Sunday: Tikait Rai Talab Substation Work
A more extensive repair will be carried out on the main line of the 132 KV Tikait Rai Talab Transmission Substation on Sunday, November 16. Executive Engineer of the Transmission Unit, Alok Anand, stated that this work will necessitate a power suspension from 10 am to 2 pm
This outage will affect the following 33 KV substations:
- UPIL
- Mill Road Vaidya Steel
- Talkatora Power House
- Mavaiya Loco

Sunday Outage Impact
According to SK Sahu, Executive Engineer of Aishbagh, the Aishbagh substation will also have its power supply suspended during this four-hour window.
This shutdown will impact an estimated 200,000 people, comprising over 40,000 consumers in numerous areas. The affected localities include:

- Khurshedbagh
- Durvijayganj
- Niwajkheda
- Aishbagh
- Khajuha
- Ramnagar
- Old Labour Colony
