Chennai Power Cut Today: Several Areas To Face Power Outage On Nov 15; Check Affected Areas

Chennai Power Today: In the wake of regular maintenance work, several areas in the Chennai district of Tamil Nadu will face a power outage on Saturday, November 15.

The Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (Tangedco) often carries out periodic repair/maintenance and upgrade work, leading to the disruption of power supply to some areas. However, the number of areas scheduled for power outage Today, on November 15, is comparatively lower than on other days.

Chennai Power Cut on Saturday: List Of Affected Areas

The following areas in Chennai will experience a power shutdown -

Lakshmipuram

Periyar Nagar

Gonimedu

Ganga Nagar

Sarathkanthigai

Pammathukulam

Ellammanpet

Airship

The Electricity Board stated in its press release that once the maintenance work is completed at the above locations, power supply will be restored by 5 pm.
