A total of 80 villages have been notified for the establishment of New Noida. No construction will be permitted here without the authority's permission, and a notification for this has also been issued. An office will be opened here with four Lekhpals and two Tehsildars.

A proposal will be prepared and sent to the government outlining the compensation rates for farmers and the percentage of developed land to be provided in exchange for acquisition. After receiving approval from the government, an office will be opened, and a team comprising four Lekhpals, two Tehsildars, and two Naib Tehsildars will be formed. This team will hold meetings with farmers and carry out the land acquisition work. The acquisition process will be hybrid, utilising both mutual consent and land pooling methods.

It is crucial to establish the criteria for land acquisition in New Noida. A meeting will be held with the District Magistrate (DM) for this purpose. Factors such as the distance of these villages from Jewar Airport, the utility of the land, the proximity of several villages to the Greater Noida Authority area, and the circle rates of villages in Bulandshahr will all be considered. A decision will be made after evaluating all these factors.

New Noida is planned to be developed over approximately 209 square kilometers. Land acquisition will begin first in the villages located where the GT Road diverges from the Eastern Peripheral Expressway. These villages include Jokhabad and Sanwli. Discussions have been held with the 'Pradhans' (village heads) of these villages. Here, land will be purchased from farmers based on mutual agreement. Furthermore, the temporary office for DNGIR (New Noida) will be set up in Jokhabad and Sanwli villages.
