The wait is finally over for Apple fans in Delhi-NCR. Today, December 11, Apple is set to open its new retail store at the DLF Mall of India in Noida. This marks the company's fifth store in India and its second in the National Capital Region (NCR), following the earlier launch of its store in Saket, Delhi. Here is a look at what special features customers can expect at this new location.

What Will Customers Get?

This new Apple Store promises a next-level experience. Customers will be able to try out the latest devices, including the iPhone 17 series, the iPad Pro with the M5 chip, and the 14-inch MacBook Pro. Additionally, Apple Specialists will be available at the store to provide personal guidance, product demonstrations and device setup support.

Apple’s New Address In Noida

According to reports, Apple has leased approximately 8,240 square feet of prime space on the ground floor of the mall. The store has been created by combining six shops to form the large, open layout characteristic of Apple's brand identity. The lease tenure is set for 11 years.

The company will not be required to pay rent for the first year. However, starting from the second year, the rent has been fixed at Rs 263.15 per square foot. This amounts to approximately Rs 45.3 lakh per month, or roughly Rs 5.4 crore annually. It is estimated that the total rent for the Apple Store over the entire lease period will be around Rs 65 crore, which includes a 15 per cent rent increase every three years. The lease agreement was finalised on February 25, 2025.

Following Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Bengaluru, the Noida store will further strengthen the direct connection between Apple fans and the company.

Free Workshops At The Store

The Noida store will also host free creative sessions under the "Today at Apple" program. These sessions will cover photography, music, art, and coding, designed to help users understand and utilise the full potential of their Apple devices.
