Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh has witnessed a major transformation in governance, with the CM Dashboard becoming a key tool for swift, transparent, and accountable administration. The dashboard allows the Chief Minister to personally review major projects, ensuring speed, quality, and transparency in development works.

Developed under the state’s digital good governance initiatives, the CM Dashboard integrates advanced features such as real-time updates, district-wise analysis, data visualisation, performance monitoring, and citizen participation. The system simplifies complex data, promoting administrative efficiency, a target-based work culture, and accountability across districts.

Through the dashboard, monthly reviews are conducted for 109 programmes across 49 departments, assessing districts on parameters such as development works, implementation of welfare schemes, revenue operations, and law and order. District rankings are released every month, fostering healthy competition. High-performing districts are encouraged, while underperforming ones receive guidance for improvement.

The CM Dashboard also monitors critical sectors, including health, education, infrastructure, sanitation, drinking water, electricity, rural roads, and the outreach of government schemes. It evaluates not just physical progress but also the impact of programmes on farmers, women, youth, and the underprivileged. Integration with the IGRS portal ensures quality control, and officials receive immediate instructions for improvement if citizen complaints remain unresolved.
