Iran-Israel War: Nine days into the ongoing Iran-Israel conflict, US President Donald Trump, on Saturday, blamed Iran for what the country's authorities described as a deadly strike on a school in the southern county of Minab.
"We think it was done by Iran. Because they are very inaccurate, as you know, with their munitions. They have no accuracy whatsoever," Trump said to reporters aboard Air Force One.
According to Iranian officials, a strike hit a girls' elementary school last Saturday, resulting in the deaths of over 150 people, mostly students.
Neither Israel nor the United States has claimed responsibility for the attack, with US officials stating the matter is still under investigation. Iran, however, has blamed Washington for the strike.

No one has been able to reach the site to verify the incident or obtain independent confirmation of the casualty figures.
On Friday, Iran’s Revolutionary Guards announced they had targeted a US base in the UAE, which they claimed had been used as a launch point for the attack.

"Al-Dhafra air base, belonging to American terrorists in the region, was targeted using drones and precision missiles," the Guards said in a statement aired on state television.
The Pentagon has acknowledged it is looking into the matter, while Secretary of State Marco Rubio has stated that the US would "not deliberately target a school."
