Iran-Israel-US War Updates: Amid the ongoing war between Iran and the joint forces of Israel and the US, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Saturday apologised to the neighbouring nations for the recent attacks. The Iranian president further assured that Tehran had no intention of invading other nations, adding that it would not conduct any military action against them until they struck first. In his address, the Iranian president asserted that the temporary leadership council has decided to suspend attacks on the neighbouring nations aid escalated tensions with Israel and US.

'No Intention Of Invading'

While assuring that Iran will not be launching any missiles on the neighbouring nations, Pezeshkian asserted that Tehran has right to defend itself. "I apologise to the neighbouring countries. We have no intention of invading other countries," the Iranian president said.

"The temporary leadership council announced that there will be no more attacks on neighbouring countries and no missile launches unless attacks originate from those countries against Iran," he added. Tehran has launched severe attacks on the prominent Israeli cities and the American bases in Middle East following death of its Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in Israeli attacks.

Earlier on Friday, Pezeshkian pushed back against the 'mediation efforts', stating that any country trying to broker a ceasefire should focus on who started the conflict. "Some countries have begun mediation efforts. Let's be clear: we are committed to lasting peace in the region yet we have no hesitation in defending our nation's dignity & sovereignty. Mediation should address those who underestimated the Iranian people and ignited this conflict," the Iranian president stated in his post on X.

Apart from this, United States President Donald Trump on Friday ruled out any negotiation settlement with Tehran, saying that America will accept nothing but "unconditional surrender". The war in the West Asia is set to last longer than expected. Despite claims of destroying the Iranian air force by US, its 30-day waiver to India to buy Russian oil, hints that crisis is there to stay.
