MHADA Konkan Board Housing Lottery 2025: The Konkan Housing and Area Development Board, which comes under the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), has received 13,891 applications till July 23 for the sale of 5,285 residential flats under various housing schemes in Thane city and district and Vasai (District Palghar), along with 77 plots located in District: Sindhudurg and Kulgaon-Badlapur. Out of the 13,891 applications, 5,165 applicants have deposited money to MHADA.

According To MHADA:

-565 flats are available under the 20 per cent Inclusive Housing Scheme.

-3,002 flats are available under the 15 per cent Integrated Urban Housing Scheme.

-1,677 flats are available under the Konkan Board Housing Scheme.

-51 flats are available under the Konkan Board Affordable Housing category (with 50 per cent affordability criteria).

-77 plots are available under the Konkan Board Housing Scheme.

MHADA Lottery 2025: Draw Schedule

-Online Registration and Application Form Submission - July 14, 2025 from 1 pm.

-Online payment acceptance starts: July 15, 2025 from 12 pm.

-Last date and time for submission of online applications for the draw: August 13, 2025 till 11.59 pm.

-Last date for accepting online payments: August 14, 2025 till 11.59 pm.

-Last date for deposit payment through NEFT/RTGS: August 14, 2025 till 11.59 pm.

-Publication of draft list of acceptance applications for draw: August 21, 2025 by 6 pm.

-Publication of the final list of applications accepted for the draw: By 6 pm on September 1, 2025.

-Draw Date, Time and Venue: September 3, 2025 at 10 am (Dr Kashinath Ghanekar Theatre, Thane).

-Publication of names of successful and waiting list applicants in the lottery on MHADA's website: https://www.mhada.gov.in/en
