Mumbai Weather: After enduring several days of intense heat, Mumbai and its neighbouring areas have experienced a welcome spell of rain, bringing relief to residents. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the wet conditions will likely persist over the next three to four days.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a yellow alert on Wednesday, signalling moderate rainfall in Mumbai as showers moved across the city. These rains have brought much-needed relief from the recent high temperatures. The IMD forecasts further rain or thunderstorms, including lightning and gusty winds of 40-50 km/h, later on Thursday, October 10, with isolated areas of Mumbai expected to be affected in the next few hours.
