“Convenience At Commuters’ Doorsteps”
The Free Press Journal Report cited an MMRC official as stating that, the feeder network was developed to extend the Metro’s accessibility and comfort to city neighbourhoods. “Reliable first- and last-mile options are vital for a successful metro system,” the official said.
Cityflo CEO Jerin Venad said the partnership marks a step toward reducing dependence on private vehicles. “This collaboration supports sustainable, shared mobility and provides a tech-enabled solution for Mumbai’s growing commuter base,” he said.
The MMRC’s new feeder service is expected to improve metro ridership and reduce congestion across Mumbai’s busy road corridors.
