Mumbai: Two young male friends, one of whom was minor, were forced to have oral sex with each other after reportedly failing to repay money borrowed. The act between the two teens was recorded and used to intimidate them into repaying the money. The older of the two is 19 years old. The person who lent them the money has been arrested, and the police are still looking for three of his accomplices.
The youngsters, who were arrested in Maharashtra's Parbhani district, were allegedly physically assaulted in a moving car and forced to have sex with each other before being driven to Bhuleshwar. Both have been admitted to the hospital and are receiving psychological counselling.

The minor's mother has filed a complaint at LT Marg police station, alleging that Gautam Dilip Goswami alias Rithik (25), who has since been arrested, lured the two teenagers last Friday. Three other suspects still wanted by the police have been identified as Panjubhai Goswami, and two others known only as Deraj and Bharat.
"The two teenagers were forced to strip and perform oral sex, and the act was filmed. The teens were then threatened to repay the money they had borrowed, failing which the visuals would be put out online," the complaint reads, according to the TO report.
The two teenagers were also taken to Pune, where they were held captive in a room and subjected to continued physical assault, according to the police. They were released only after they agreed to repay the amount.
After returning to Mumbai, the younger teen's mother approached the police. Initially, the lender accused the teens of cheating him, but the case took a disturbing turn when the teenagers alleged that they had been forced to perform oral sex on each other. Based on their statements, the police registered a case against the lender.
"The one who had lent the money claims that the teenagers owed him a huge sum, but failed to repay it. Angry about this non-payment, the lender and his accomplices had planned to kidnap the two and force them to repay the money,” officer said, according to the TOI report.
The four accused have been booked under various sections of the POCSO Act for forcing the two minors into unnatural sex, as well as for kidnapping, assault, and wrongful confinement.
