Mumbai Traffic Adviso: Mumbai traffic flow has collapsed as a huge number of Maratha reservation protestors have flooded the city, bringing it to a standstill. The massive mobilisation under the leadership of activist Manoj Jarange-Patil, who launched an indefinite hunger strike at Azad Maidan, demanding Maratha reservations in jobs and education, has paralysed key roads of the city.
Commuters are forced to go through ‘unbearable’ traffic snarls covering an hour's distance in four hours. Traffic police have repeatedly issued advisories urging commuters to avoid certain routes.
