Mumbai Traffic Advisory: The Mumbai Police have released a traffic advisory to help ensure smooth vehicular movement as the Maharashtra Budget Session begins today. Motorists are advised to be aware of the traffic restrictions in place from March 3 to March 10.
Due to the ongoing Budget Session, Mumbaikars travelling to South Mumbai should pay attention to the following restrictions outlined by Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Pradnya Jedge.

Mumbai Traffic Advisory: Roads Closed
Ramnath Goenka Marg, from Sakhar Bhavan to its junction with Vidhan Bhavan, will be closed to all vehicular traffic as needed throughout the session. In addition, the pay-and-park facilities have been temporarily suspended on several roads, including Jamanalal Bajaj Road, Dorabji Tata Road, Vinay K Shah Road, Ramnath Goenka Marg, and Vidhan Bhavan Road.
Dignitaries attending the session will be allowed to park their vehicles on Free Press Journal and VV Rao Road. Notably, emergency vehicles such as fire brigades, ambulances and police vehicles are exempt from these traffic restrictions.
In a separate news, Tesla has secured a showroom space in Mumbai’s prestigious Maker Maxity, located in the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), with a monthly rent of approximately Rs 35 lakh. The showroom spans around 3000 sq ft on the ground floor of the commercial tower and includes a few parking spaces. BKC is known as India’s most expensive commercial real estate hub. This deal is considered one of the highest rental agreements in the automobile industry. An email has been sent to Maker Maxity for confirmation, and further details will be shared once available.
