Pune Viral News: A Pune man made a heartfelt request to the thief who stole his beloved black Activa scooter on Dussehra. The theft occurred in the Kothrud area, near a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The scooter, purchased by his mother before her passing, holds deep sentimental value for Chaugule, who has lost both his parents in recent years.

According to a Chaugule's mother passed away just three months ago after a long battle with cancer and he lost his father to Covid-19 two years earlier. In his emotional appeal on Instagram, he shared the details of the incident, including the scooter's registration number, MH 14 BZ6036. Despite his efforts to search the area and filing a police report, the scooter remains missing.

In his post, Chaugule requested assistance in locating the vehicle and provided his contact information. He shared his contact number and wrote, "Please help me find my BLACK ACTIVA MH14BZ6036. It was stolen from Kothrud on Dussehra night. Please contact me or DM me @abhayanjuu." He also included hashtags like #activa and #blackactivamissing to widen his reach.

Chaugule's message resonated widely on social media, with many users expressing support and hoping for a quick resolution from law enforcement. In a direct appeal to the thief, he stated the significance of scooter in his life, explaining that it represented his mother's hard work and love. To encourage it return, he even offered to buy the thief a new two-wheeler as a reward.

In separate news, the Pune Petrol Dealers’ Association has temporarily withdrawn its strike following discussions with Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation Murlidhar Mohol and Pune District Collector Suhas Diwase. The strike was in response to complaints about faulty tender practices leading to fuel theft. The association decided to halt the protest due to assurances that the issue will be addressed after Diwali. If unresolved, the association plans to initiate a statewide protest.
