Thane Water Cut November 26: A 24-hour water supply outage has been announced in several areas of Thane due to essential valve installation work on a major pipeline in the Indiranagar area.
As per the announcement made by the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC), the valve installation work is to take place in the existing pipeline, as a 1,168-mm diameter water pipeline was recently laid to improve supply in Indiranagar under the Vartak Nagar and Lokmanya Savarkar Nagar ward committees.
To start the water supply service through the new pipeline, a valve is to be installed on the existing 750-mm pipeline at Indiranagar Naka.

Thane Water Supply Cut Timing On Wednesday-Thursday
The civic body is likely to carry out the valve installation work on Wednesday and Thursday, hence has announced a 24-hour water supply cut from 9 am on Wednesday to 9 am on Thursday.

Thane Water Supply Cut: List Of Affected Areas
The areas receiving water supply from Indiranagar water tank, Srinagar water tank, Warlipada water tank, Kailasnagar reno tank, Rupadevi water tank, Rupadevi reno tank, Ramnagar water tank, Yeoor Air Force water tank, and Lokmanya water tank will face a water outage for 24 hours as supply from these water tanks will remain fully suspended for the above-mentioned time.
