The Vandre East Vidhan Sabha constituency is a general category seat located in the Mumbai Suburban district. It is part of the Mumbai North Central parliamentary constituency, comprising 258 polling booths. According to the 2011 Census, the constituency has 16,937 Scheduled Caste (SC) voters, making up 6.97 per cent of the population, and 923 Scheduled Tribe (ST) voters, or 0.38per cent. Muslim voters constitute around 33.1per cent, with a total of 80,432 Muslim voters. The constituency is entirely urban, with 242,996 voters as of the 2019 parliamentary elections, and had a voter turnout of 52.74per cent in the 2019 elections.
