Bhaum Pradosh Vrat December 2025: Significance
When Pradosh Vrat falls on Tuesday, it is called Bhaum Pradosh. The word 'Bhaum' is associated with the planet Mars. It is believed that observing this fast and worshipping Lord Shiva provides relief from diseases and health benefits to devotees. This fast is especially considered good for debt relief. Those with Mangal Dosha in their horoscopes benefit from fasting and worshipping on this day. This fast brings happiness and peace to married life and brings prosperity. If possible, people suffering from any illness should also observe this fast, as it is believed to bring wellness in health.
Bhaum Pradosh Vrat December 2025: Rituals
On the day of Bhaum Pradosh fast, devotees should wake up early in the morning and take a bath. Afterward, wear clean clothes and clean the puja area and sprinkle some Ganga Jal on the altar. Light incense sticks, ghee diya and worship Lord Shiva. Take a vow to observe the day-long fast.

Afterward, distribute the Prasad among the family members and break the fast by eating it yourself.
