Chhoti Devkali Mandir Ayodhya: The sacred Chhoti Devkali Mandir is situated in Ayodhya and is the main Siddha Shakti Peeth located in the vicinity. It is believed that this temple was constructed by King Dashrath for Mata Sita. It is believed that offering worship at this sacred temple grants all the wishes of the devotees. - The Chhoti Devkali temple, located in the holy city of Lord Shri Ram, Ayodhya, is home to the city goddess Sarvamangala Parvati, who takes on the shape of Mata Gauri. The divine goddess is revered as the  "Kul Devi" or the family goddess, is revered in the Shri Devkali temple with faith and respect.

- One of the world's most popular pilgrimage sites is Ramnagari Ayodhya. It is believed that Mother Sita took the idol of her clan deity, Mata Parvati, with her when she left Janakpuri to go live with her in-laws in Ayodhya. Mother Sita and other royal queens used to visit the temple of Mata Parvati, which Maharaj Dashrath ji had constructed on the northeast corner of Saptsagar in Ayodhya.

- According to the priests, this sacred place is the realm of Mother Sita's family goddess. When Mother Parvati took the shape of Gauri, Mother Sita used to worship her. It is thought that whoever offers sincere prayers in this court will undoubtedly have their wishes granted.

- The Devkali temple has been destroyed twice in history as a result of Hun and Mughal invasions. After Maharaj Pushyamitra restored it the first time, the Mahant of the Bindu sect erected a modest chamber in its place after the Mughals destroyed it the second time.

- Worship has continued in this temple ever since. Rudrayamal and Skandapuran also mention Shri Devkali ji and his temple, confirming the legend of this ancient temple. During their travels, the same Chinese travellers, Hiuen Tsang and Fa Hien, also spoke of this temple's renown, splendour, and distinctive attributes. 

- The Devkali temple is open year-round for worship of Goddess Devkali and traditional festivities. Devotees congregate here in devotion during Navratri.
