Pradosh Vrat November 2024: Rituals
The rituals of Pradosh Vrat begin early in the morning, with devotees waking up before sunrise to take a sacred bath. They then wear clean clothes and offer prayers to Lord Shiva. The evening is considered the most auspicious time for worship, and devotees gather at temples or at home to perform puja during Pradosh Kaal.
During the puja, devotees offer flowers, fruits, and other offerings to Lord Shiva. They also light diyas and incense sticks to create a sacred atmosphere. The Shiva Purana and other sacred texts are recited, and devotees chant the mantra "Om Namah Shivaya" to invoke Lord Shiva's blessings.
