1. Shaneeswara Bhagavan Temple, Tamil Nadu
One of the principal Navagraha temples in India is believed to be this temple in Tirunallar. The devotees of the lord believe that by praying to this god, they might lessen the negative effects of Shani dosha, ill luck, and calamities, while also increasing the favourable benefits of Saturn in their horoscopes. It is believed that on the grounds of the temple, Shani Dev lost His abilities to Lord Shiva. Additionally, devotees believe that a plunge into the holy tank of Nalan Theertam can help people overcome misfortunes and sufferings resulting from previous karmas.
2. Yerdanur Shani Temple, Telangana
A 20-foot-tall black monolithic stone statue of Lord Shani is housed in this Medak District temple. It is situated over a two-foot-high basement. The idol weighs almost nine tonnes by itself. Many pilgrims visit the temple in hopes of finding solace from the negative consequences of Shani in their horoscopes. The lighting of lamps with sesame or mustard oil is one of the most widely practised customs here.
3. Shani Mahatma Temple, Karnataka
It is believed that a local farmer in this area built this temple in the Chikka Madhure district. On Saturdays, the temple is overflowing with worshippers, particularly during the Hindu Shravan month. These people think that by worshipping the Lord here or doing specific poojas for Him, they may either lessen or eliminate the harmful effects of Panchama or Ashtama Shani. In front of the temple, in the fireplace, worshippers toss black sesame seeds knotted in a little piece of black cloth bathed in sesame oil.

4. Shani Shingnapur, Maharashtra
Situated in Nevasa Taluka, this temple is the biggest shrine honouring Lord Shani in the nation. The temple is most famous for lacking walls and a roof. The lord is shown as a five-foot-tall black stone that is situated atop a platform known as the Sonai. The locals are believed to have discovered a black slab floating in the river with blood seeping out of it. In a dream, the village chief saw the lord and was informed that the slab represented Him. He gave the chieftain the order to store the stone in the centre of the community.

5. Shani Dham Temple, Delhi
The statue of Shani Dev carved of natural rock is housed in this shrine located in the capital city. The world's highest statue of the lord is the 21-foot-tall idol. Worshippers believe that by offering prayers to the god at this temple, they would be able to get beyond any difficulties they may encounter. It's also believed that if a sick person approaches the shrine grounds with complete faith, they will be cured of their diseases.
