Xiaomi, a popular Chinese smartphone maker, has now officially confirmed the arrival of its Xiaomi Mix Fold 3, soon after Samsung introduced its Galaxy Z Fold 5 for the global market. As per the latest teaser, the upcoming fold will be offered with a Leica-powered quad-camera module. The reports suggest that the smartphone will have an ultra-wide angle and periscopic lens.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 Specifications: (Tipped)
The all-new Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will be a successor to the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 and is said to be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The details about the screen size, RAM or storage have not been tipped at the time of writing. The smartphone as per the 3C certification, will feature a 4,800mAh battery with a fast wireless charging of 50W. The company also reportedly claims that the smartphone will be slimmer and more durable. Speaking of the optics, the smartphone is said to be getting a 50 MP Sony IMX858 sensor.
It is also said that the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will have significant upgrades over the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2, which has a 6.56-inch AMOLED cover display and an 8.02-inch outer display with a refresh rate panel of 120 Hz, and a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset along with 12 GB RAM and up to 1 TB storage. The smartphone is backed by a 4,500mAh battery and fast charging support of 67W.
Speaking of the optics, the smartphone gets a 50 MP primary shooter, an 8 MP telephoto sensor, and a 13 MP ultra-wide sensor. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone gets a 20 MP front camera.

The company has not announced any confirmation about the India debut of the smartphone.
