Apple Wonderlust Event 2023: Cupertino-based tech giant Apple has announced AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with a USB-C charging port. The TWS now offers better Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), more advanced Transparency mode and a better experience in Spatial Audio.

Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) Features

The AirPods Pro also supports Lossless Audio and ultra-low latency to deliver a seamless experience with the upcoming Vision Pro, the company's first spatial computer. Apple will also leverage iOS17 to upscale user experience via Adaptive Audio and Conversation Awareness on the TWS.

With Adaptive Audio in iOS 17, the mode gets dynamically adjusted between ANC and Transparency. Secondly, through Conversation Awareness, whenever a wearer starts talking to someone in the surroundings, the volume is lowered, and the background noise is reduced to better interact with other people.

Thirdly, Personalised Volume enhances the audio experience for the user by examining environmental conditions and fine-tuning volume. As for the new port, buyers will be able to directly charge the AirPods Pro using their new iPhone 15 series devices. Apple claims a battery life of up to six hours on a single charge and up to 30 hours with the case.

The Bluetooth 5.3 TWS offer an IP54 rating for protection against dust and water. The AirPods Pro sports an H2 chip to ensure 48 kHz Lossless Audio and low latency. It also has a U1 chip in the MagSafe USB-C case. Lastly, Apple also introduced a wide range of ear tips for better fit in the ear canal.

AirPods Pro 2nd Generation Price In India, Availability

You can order the AirPods Pro (2nd generation) from today onwards. They carry a starting price of Rs 24,900 and will arrive in stores on September 22. Further, EarPods (USB‐C) are also available for order from today starting from Rs 2,000. While ordering the TWS from the Apple Store online, buyers can engrave the product with a mix of emoji, numbers, names and initials at no extra cost.
