Amazon is back with its Great Republic Day Sale 2026, the E-comm giant announced on Friday. The sale shall take place from the third week of January, and you will get to see discounts on many gadgets like smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, laptops and other consumer appliances like washing machines, projectors, TVs, refrigerators and much more. A dedicated microsite for the sale was made live by Amazon, which also gave details on bank discounts. The e-commerce platform will compete with Flipkart Republic Day Sale 2026, which will also take place around the same time.

Amazon Great Republic Day Sale 2026 Start Date

The dedicated microsite now reveals the start date of its Great Republic Day Sale 2026, which will start on 16th January 2026. This sale is to commemorate the celebration of India's 77th Republic Day, which will happen on January 26th. With that, Amazon will start its sale around the same time period, where customers can take advantage of various bank discounts and offers.

Bank Offers And Discounts

SBI credit card holders will be able to unlock a 10 per cent instant discount during the sale, along with easy EMI options on eligible purchases. The dedicated microsite highlights multiple deal categories, including 8 pm Deals, Trending Deals, Blockbuster Deals, Blockbuster Deals with Exchange, and Top 100 Deals, all of which will be refreshed regularly throughout the event. Amazon Prime members will also get access to exclusive offers on select products.

Details around which products will see the biggest price drops are expected to be revealed in the days leading up to the sale.
